Registration

Those wishing to attend the congress are kindly requested to complete the online registration form and send their remittance to Austropa Interconvention. A receipt will be forwarded after having received the registration fee, as confirmation of registration.

Registrations are accepted until August 18, 2003. After this date low price accommodation facilities included in the BDSHC package may not be available any more which will result in a higher registration fee.

*) This category includes undergraduate and graduate students. A letter of endorsement of the supervisor is required.

Participant and student registration includes:

admission to the scientific sessions and exhibitions
3 nights in a double room at a student hotel (participant) or in a more bedded room at a student hostel (student)
conference kit (final program, Book of Abstracts, etc.)
coffee/tea during the official breaks
welcome mixer on September 3
3 lunches on September 4, 5, and 6, 2003
1 dinner on September 4, 2003
one of the two alternative visits to Schönbrunn Palace or Vienna Zoo on September 5, 2003 followed by
reception at a Viennese ”Heuriger” (a rural inn)

It is not expected that accompanying persons will attend scientific sessions. Their registration fee includes welcome mixer, accommodation, lunches and dinner, as well as one of the two Friday tours with ”Heurigen” reception.

Payment

All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Registration forms must be accompanied by appropriate remittance, otherwise registration will not be accepted.

Payments must be made in full and can be made (in the order of preference) by

Please remember to include participant´s name and the reference ”BDSHC 2003”

Credit Card payment must be accompanied by details of type of card, account number, expiry date, and registered name and address of the card holder.

Cancellation and Refunding

For cancellation before June 30, 2003 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after June 30, 2003 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
